6-month warranty ▾

All our YVRAK products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and hidden flaws, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies in accordance with current legal provisions, notably articles L.217-4 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.

What the warranty covers ▾
  • Proven manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Malfunctions not related to misuse
What the warranty does not cover ▾
  • Damage caused by improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions provided
  • Normal wear and tear of the product
  • Damage caused by accident or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product
  • Personal injury or material damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with safety instructions
How to claim the warranty ▾

Contact our customer service directly from our contact section with your order number and a description of the problem. Our team will guide you through the steps to follow as quickly as possible. YVRAK reserves the right to request proof (photos, description) before any claim is accepted.
