Returns & Refunds

In accordance with current regulations (article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Any return not complying with these conditions may be refused.

1. Contact our customer service via the contact section, stating your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label.
3. Drop off the package at the indicated relay point.
4. The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used items, even partially
• Items damaged by the customer
• Incomplete items or items whose original packaging has been damaged
• Items returned without prior agreement from our customer service

YVRAK reserves the right to refuse any return not complying with the conditions defined above, and to return the product to the customer at their expense.

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in accordance with article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code.
